Beer description
Rye beers are extremely unpopular among brewers. The rye becomes sticky during lautering, forming a thick, pasty mass that barely allows the wort to flow. And cleaning the whirlpool...? A Nightmare!
But rye gives the beer a creamy, almost oily viscosity. So it almost slides down the throat on its own. And since it's an IPA, it's nicely hoppy and fruity!
