Beer description
Original Belgian Blonde, full-bodied, fruity fermentation with Trappist yeast, a hint of spices, low bitterness, very mild, ideal for cooking (...or as an aperitif for the chef...) Can be used like white wine and brings an exciting umami tone to dishes. We prefer to bottle this triple before expensive bottle aging and save the effort of bottle fermentation in favor of price. It is the only beer brewed specifically for fine cuisine.
