Beer description
Limited No. 11 is a Triple Blond Ale which fermented openly with Trappist yeast and then aged for 4 months on forest herbs as a second barrel in a Tequila-pre-filled oak barrel. The climate of the 300-year-old monastery cellar has contributed its part. A hint of Tequila is still noticeable, the fine herbal aromas combine wonderfully with the fruity notes from the yeast and the malt-focused body.
