Beer description
Blond ale with 12% alcohol, matured for 4 months in whiskey barrels in the chilli sauce. The palate is dominated by the mild, full body, before the spiciness of the chilli becomes intensely but pleasantly noticeable in the aftertaste as a counterpart to the sweetness and aroma of the Belgian ale. Goes well with many recent dishes.
