Beer description
The base of the Session Pale Ale is warm fermented Belgian Blanche with only 3.8% alcohol. Instead of using hop pellets, we use freshly harvested hop flowers of the Hüll Melon variety in the tank and let the Session mature on them. For wet-hop beers, the hops are immediately packed wet without drying after harvest. This preserves the valuable hop oils completely. The result is an elegant Pale Ale with only 3.8% alcohol and a finely integrated bitterness. A hint of honeydew melon and fresh strawberries dominates the wonderfully light and crisp finish. Wet-hop beers are also known as the "primeurs" of the beer world.
