BraufactuM - Clan

Clan is brewed using a special mashing process that produces a slightly sweet, malty and caramel flavor that is perfectly supported by the hops. The bitterness can be described as discreet. Clan uses 100% English flavor hops of the Fuggle variety. Umber, cloudy, with heavy foam. Smells malty, caramel, with a hint of browned sugar, reminiscent of candy. The taste is dominated by an almost tropical fruit with dried mango. A gentle, but intense bitterness harmonizes the subtly sweet impression, it also has a structuring effect, makes the finish print and carries the long aftertaste.
