Beer description

The Pale Ale is an elegant version of the British Bitters. Palor is the first beer to use the refreshing German hop variety Polaris. Polaris is used both in the brewhouse and together with Cascade for later Kalthopfung. Appearance: dark golden color, white crown Aroma: fruity, slightly floral, caramel, slightly spicy Body: medium body and carbonation Taste: caramel, citrus, hops and malt.
