Only on April 23rd, the day of German beer, a very special barley juice will be brewed in the presence of our selected beer godparents, and only 2 brews. Our master brewer uses plenty of dark malt for this. The sponsors can confirm an original wort of at least 15.16% (the purity law was enacted in 1516). After a particularly long storage and ripening period, we bottle the full-bodied and drinkable beer at the end of August, which is then celebrated with a tap and a cozy party in the brewery yard. This specialty is available in September / October.
