Brauwerk Förste / Harzer Craft-Bier - Pale ale

A sparkling pale ale in Black Forest style. Two bitter and three aroma hops are added during the sump and the wort is then chilled with cascade and melon aroma hops in the subsequent fermentation process. This combination gives the special beer its fruity-aromatic note.
