Breakside Brewery - Big Bug Hunter

A special blend of barrels assembled together in a commemorative beer to celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of the Growler Guys on SE Belmont. The blend of barrels includes an oat/wheat blonde ale fermented with a mixed culture farmhouse strain, aged in 3rd and 4th use gin barrels, and innoculated with two different brettanomyces bruxellensis cultures. The remainder of the blend is a blonde ale fermented in 3rd use Pinot Noir barrels with Oregon-grown peaches, our house lacto culture, and more brett brux
