#DistantFriends #DistantMemories is the third release in our #friends series of mixed fermentation raspberry beers. Every couple of years, our brewing team creates a beer from our wood cellar that is meant to spotlight Oregon raspberries. This version is richer than previous iterations with a mellower yeast profile and balanced acidity and oak barrel aging. The beer was aged on over a pound per gallon of fresh berries
