Delicate taste and aroma of caramel malt, characterized by a copper to bronze color, medium finish with pleasant bitterness. This is a premium lager from the Břeclav Castle Brewery. It is also cooked by the Old Bohemian method as the Light Boar. The beer is fermented in open vats in the cellar and then matured in lager tanks.
