Beer description

As a dark, strong and top-fermented beer, Porter was originally from Great Britain. Porter was a favorite beer among London workers. Břevnov porter is cooked by infusion mashing from seven types of malt. Among them are rye malt or two types of caramel malt, but also roasted unmalted barley is added to the pouring. The beer is hopped by Saaz semi-early red and British hop breed Northern brewer. Characteristic features are higher fullness, strong malt body with balanced bitterness and sensoryly distinctive fruity tones of cherries, candied fruit and dark chocolate. The overall taste impression is beautifully illustrated by the very creamy and thick foam. In combination with a warm feeling after a drink, their porter appears to be a suitable winter special.
