Beer description

The basis of coffee beer consists of four types of Czech malt, while typically black color comes from a coloring that is roasted at temperatures up to 220 ° C. The result of this process are distinctive roasted tones, reminiscent of coffee or dark chocolate. Typical fullness and caramel aroma are transformed from caramel malt into beer. A distinctive feature of Břevnov coffee beer is its slightly lower fullness and sweetness, which, combined with the gentler bitterness, creates a well-drinkable beer, not only for women. The beer is hopped by Saaz semi-early red hops and fermented in traditional open vats. Already the original coffee aroma was accentuated by the addition of coffee macerate from France. All this so as to preserve the basic characteristics of dark beer, but after drinking there was a perception reminiscent of the taste of iced coffee

Není tak špatné, jak jsem si nejprve představoval. Chuť kávy a karamelu, zaobleno hořkostí.
