Beer description
On the occasion of the holiday of St. Wenceslas, patron of the maltster and brewery, as well as the day of Czech beer, they cooked the waffle by adding fresh hops personally collected directly in the heart of the hop-growing area in Stekník near Žatec. Its addition will enrich mainly the aroma of beer, but also in taste can be interesting differences. Since the hops are not dried, there will also be a greater degree of substances which are gradually lost during further processing.
