For our latest India Pale Ale we wanted to create a recipe from hops closer to home. Our chosen combination of Jester, Opus and Godiva offers robust notes of tropical fruits, blackcurrant and gooseberry, with an assertive bitterness and a fresh and citrusy aroma.
