Beer description
To celebrate our 5th year anniversary of the Pub, we wanted to do something a little different and make a second iteration of our Brew Cake Series: STRAWBERRY.
This version puts forth a new graham cracker extraction method we developed to maximize the flavor of the crust.
The beer base kettle sour made with our house blended of lacto cultures, and then conditioned on strawberry purée (300g/L), Graham crackers, cream cheese, vanilla, and lactose.
