BreWskey - BREW JUICE - Bane, Fraise, Kiwi

BREW JUICE is our smoothie style sour made with a Kettle sour that has a ridiculous amount of fruit puree added. For this edition we have selected a smoothie classic: Banana, Strawberry, and Kiwi. This is the most sour Brewjuice we have made to date. The base of the sour has slightly changed, we have started to experiment with different types of Lactobacillus, and in this base a blend of plantarum and rhamnosu. This give our base a little more dimension than our previous Plantarum strain which gave off a bit of a green apple and citric flavour.
