BreWskey - BREW JUICE: Confiture Framboise

This iteration of our kettle sour smoothie, Brew Juice, was made with 100% raspberries split equally from North America and Siberia. To increase the perceived sweetness of the beer, we added vanilla, to give a jam like flavor to the beer.
