AF Brew - Brewer's Profile: Sahti

Special series brewed on personal recipes and style preferences of our operating brewmasters and brewery crew. First batch is Sahti brewed by Danil_Z, Shift Brewmaster and our very own Brewery Viking. Very traditional Finnish specialty mashed with unmalted rye and juniper berries, filtered on the juniper branches bed and fermented by regional farmhouse yeast.
