Beer description
Aroma- quite unusual. Some sunflower, oil, maybe popcorn, in the background also white wine and subtle onion. Pale, cloudy, with a good looking, medium head. Taste- still quite uncanny, but interesting. A bit more onion, but it's not disturbing. Also more white wine, with oil/sunflower seeds in the background. Dry, with a medium, very pleasant bitterness. Medium bodied, with a medium-low carbonation. I like it, it's not like an ordinary DDH NEIPA- it's neither sweet nor juicy.
