This wonderfully soft Pale Ale is now brewed according to the original recipe in Belgium. Beer lovers of beer specialties with a strong character describe it as the 'finest of English pale ales'. Thanks to the 'dry hopping' process, in which the hops (Kent) are only added at the end of the brewing process, only the finest aromas come into the beer. This bright, dark golden top-fermented beer has malt aromas with hints of caramel and a hint of butter. A creamy texture is noticeable in the taste, which releases yeast and butter aroma at the beginning. A subtle sweetness of fruit in the middle, accompanied by a subtle hop bitterness that lingers on through the finish.
Sehr gelungenes Pale Ale, leicht fruchtig im Antrunk dann kommt ein leicht säuerlicher Geschmack hinzu und im Abgang schmeckt man den Bittergeschmack des Hopfensorten
