Beer description
For this iteration of our Brewjuice, we wanted to recreate a smoothie version of the classic slush flavor Blue Raspberry. In this case, organic wild blue berries and raspberry.
The base beer is fermented a kettle sour that goes through a primary lactic acidification with a blend of 4 different Lactobacillus. The beer is the boiled and fermented with american yeast.
