Brewsters Brewing Co. - Rye IPA

Dense Beige head, Bright dark amber appearance. On the Nose bright red fruits, morello cherry, strawberry and cassis hits of violet and lily. Taste profile. Red fruits and orange citrus to start, the rye notes builds gradually on the mid palate, chocolate, toasted malt, violet / lily and fennel finish with a lingering bitterness. Hops: Monroe (Berry/currant, citrus and sweet fruit), Loral HBC 291 (floral, herbal, citrus and earthy) and Mandarina Bavaria (Tangerine and citrus)
