Beer description
Drawing from his Filipino heritage, our Brewmaster Sherwin brewed this IPA with ube (purple yam) and stuffed it. Ube Wan has a strong tropical-fruit, citrus and piney-hop bitterness, and a lightly creamy ube finish. The natural purple hue also makes it fun to drink at your local cantina.
