Brick and Barrel Billy Kristalweizen

A top fermented unfilitered clear wheat beer, malt body and aroma from majority of wheat and rest of pilsner malts. Hints of banana and clove in the aroma and flavor from the Bavarian yeast strain used as well in the Weihenstephan Braueri Germany.
