Beer description
It takes skill producing a balanced beer to allow the hops to shine through while having enough malt backbone and mouthfeel to hold the higher alcohol. The beer is made with kilos of hops throughout the boil and again dry hopped to add further aroma. Columbus, Chinook, Summit and Citra hops provide the spice, citrus and tangerine characteristics.
