Brickway - Quizzical: Sour Pickle (Vol. 6)

We let this one do its thing just to see how mysterious it could be...Made with local hops from Legendary Roots Brewing Supply in Ord, NE. Dry-hopped with CTZ and Sorachi Ace and of course pickle juice. The lemon and dill character from the Sorachi Ace hops compliment the pickles and notes of lactobacillus. Worth a try! This will be an ever-changing series each batch; next time we'll add something different! Limited taproom release
