Amakusa Sonar - Bright Morning

The Naganuma area of Nagano City was severely flooded by Typhoon No. 19 in 2019. We were able to lavishly use apples from Tokunaga Farm, thanks to the relationship we have had with them through our support activities since the disaster. In addition, guava, pesticide-free Amakusa citrus, Amakusa soft serve ice cream and wild tea flowers blooming in the brewery were used. The guava's sweet and tropical aroma, the soft cream's smooth mouthfeel and the sourness of the apple and pearl citrus give it a clean finish.
