Le 'Myrtle Farmhouse Ale is a nod to the home of crazy beer -' Belgium ', with a touch of modernity. The native Australian lemon myrtle is paired with American citra hops, the citrus esters are raised by a carefully selected strain of yeast that is up to the task. With the addition of some traditional herbs - lemon thyme, rosemary and parsley to round off the botanical flavor. This lovely drop ends quite dry and crisp on the palate with a hint of a creamy mouthfeel to hide the alcohol well.
