Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Under Acid - a beer with red fruits. Currants, black currants and cranberries are added to the fermentation tanks. This gives it its characteristic red color and all its freshness.
It's a Berliner Weisse, a style of beer from Berlin in Germany that uses lactic acid fermentation. This is lactic acid bacteria intentionally added during brewing to give the beer its sour side.
This style is combined with red fruits to give it its ruby color and fruity taste, without adding sugar, and with a touch of lemon to give it a real freshness and keep all its aromas and flavors. The whole is brewed with barley malt and wheat to give it a hazy note.
In short, a fruity, light and refreshing 4.5% sour.
