Beer description

La Bagarre is an interpretation of the Double India Pale Ale. It has a higher alcohol content and bitterness than a classic IPA. Citra, Mosaic and Columbus were used as hop varieties to give the beer a big punch of citrus, apricot, tropical fruit aromas and a nice, long-lasting bitterness. It is a pale, slightly cloudy beer with a creamy colour.
