Flavours: biscuit
% alcohol: 6,5%.
Bitterness : moderate
Serving suggestion: 8-10°c, pour delicately into an inclined Volcane glass to leave the natural deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
Preservation: naturally refermented beer on lees in bottle, to be kept upright in a refrigerator.
