Pure malt beer: 50% wheat malt - 50% barley malt
Colour: pale yellow to light whitish veil
Flavours: citrus, peppery
% alcohol: 4,5%.
Bitterness: light
Serving suggestion: 6-8°c, pour delicately into an inclined Volcane glass to leave the natural deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
Preservation : naturally refermented beer on lees in bottle, to be kept upright in a refrigerator.
