Every year, 1/3 of all food goes to waste - while nearly 900 million people go hungry. In 2022, Eat Wasted and friends in Copenhagen started turning leftover bread from local bakeries - the world most wasted food - into pasta. This zesty, crushable blanc beer is brewed from that same surplus. Every six-pack sold saves bread from the bin and donates a portion of pasta to someone in need.
