Brolly Lowfold Wissy

This beer was originally brewed to order for The Half Moon pub in Kirdford. The beer uses Chevalier malt, recently brought back to life by Crisp Maltings. Chevalier was used throughout the UK pre war but was then replaced with Maris Otter.
