Sisters Brewery - Brother Adam, Blond and Orange Wine

Dutch beer made with Dutch natural wine. This Hybrid Craft Beer is brewed with 50% wort, using the base of our Belgian Blond beer, and 50% Orange Wine. This is fermented with Kveik yeast. The grapes, 100% Solaris from 2016, have had maceration which led to a very aromatic sturdy wine with spicy notes, lots of fruits and integrated tannins. The Orange Wine of vineyard VieVinVjenne together with the base of our Belgian Blonde beer led to this light orange hybrid beer. It is a hybrid with a balance between notes of the Orange Wine, malty refreshing tones of the Belgian Blond and tropical funkiness of the Kveik yeast.
