A true lambik! This lambik was taken straight from two foeders, both French oak barrels originating from the Barolo region. This is a 50/50 blend of both foeders. The first lambik came off foeder n• 101 and was brewed on February 20th 2018 by Boon. The second lambik came off foeder n• 106 and was brewed by Lindemans on the 30th of April 2019.
At the moment of emptying the barrel, this blend of lambikken was almost five years and ten months old
