Together with Brouwerij de Fontein, Marres went in search of refreshing flavors anno 2025. During a beer tasting, the audience chose a strong blond beer, enriched with subtle notes of elderflower and lemon. Brewery de Fontein is a craft brewery where taste experience and the environment are central. In harmony with the seasons, the brewery works entirely with and from nature. Fruit from our own high stem, herbs and fruits from the kitchen garden form the basis of the beers. Sustainability and circularity play an important role: local thinking and circular principles are paramount.
