This Quadruple is a collaboration between GCB and Ne Flierefluiter. The beer is a dark Quadrupel of 10%. it is brewed with 4 different malts, 5 different hops, 2 yeasts and a few more secret ingredients. The beer has strong notes of chocolate and coffee, which you can expect wal this style. But what you don't expect is a perfect marriage between sweetness and bitterness. This was achieved through the use of hops that you mainly find in IPAs and similar styles.
