Beer description

Variant of Cuvēe La Nuit - Chardonnay. For the new version of our Toppers Cuvee La Nuit we used Merlot grapes that come from Wijnerij de Belaeving in Egchel. A subtly sparkling, fresh and yet full-bodied beer with a lot of taste. Ideal as a (celebratory) aperitif and to accompany refined dishes.

Das Cuvée La Nuit in der Merlot-Variante wurde mit besonderen Trauben als Brut IPA gebraut. So ergibt sich ein Hybrid zwischen Wein und Bier, der durchaus mundet. Das Herbe, Bitter…
