Brouwerij Lost - Cerberus

In the winter we like to drink a dark beer in the Netherlands. Quadrupels or Russian Imperial Stouts. We are looking for something heartwarming. Something that is rich and complex in taste. With our recent successes in 2023 (KlereBoght Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout & BIG PAPA) we couldn't resist making another muddy jetser. And of course we will do that. CERBERUS is waiting for you at the gates of hell! This delicious Imperial Stout has an extract content of 30 Plato. The beer is therefore nice and thick and almost syrupy. To give the beer even more depth, freshly roasted Vietnamese cocoa nibs and vanilla beans soaked in salt have been added. This gives a beautiful enrichment of dark chocolate and a sweet vanilla tone.
