Brouwerij Lost - Insomnia

As a contract brewery, we have our beers brewed at a large brewery abroad. One advantage of this is that this brewery is a partner of Yakima Chief, which allows us to benefit from all the new innovations that are taking place in the hop world. One such development is the launch of ' HyperBoost ', liquid hop oil . Hop oil is the absolute flavour maker in IPAs , so the more oil you can get into a beer, the better it is for the taste experience. That is why we are very happy with this product! And for a special celebration of our fourth anniversary, we had to go all out . INSOMNIA contains a whole container of Citra in HyperBoost form. However, Citra is not the star of the show, that is mainly the Strata . This hop gives off a particularly fine aroma and flavor profile of strawberries, which works perfectly with the citrus from Citra . To give the beer even more depth in flavor, the experimental HBC 630 has been added as an accent hop . HBC630 gives some vibes of raspberries and cherries, which seemed to us a perfect mix with the strawberries from Strata .
