Brouwerij Lost - Koharu

If anything has become very popular in recent years in the global craft beer scene, it is New Zealand hops. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Superdelic and all those other wonderful hops come from this region. The volcanic soil turns out to be perfect soil to grow the best hops on. We thought it was time to take a closer look at what these hop varieties can do in LOST's jacket. With KOHARU, we created a beer with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. The selected early harvest Motueka gives off aromas of lime, lemon and vanilla. A kind of sweet, fresh citrus if we can believe it ourselves. The other early harvest Nelson Sauvin has a popping aroma of sauvignon blanc and passion fruit. This particular hop combination creates an intensely complex fruit profile which is a real delight for the IPA lover. Enjoy New Zealand with KOHARU!
