Brouwerij Lost - Passionpeach

In the test kitchen of Brouwerij LOST we are always looking for new flavor combinations that fit together perfectly. In the past year there was always one favorite from the brew kitchen, namely the smoothie sour with peach and passion fruit . First of all it was nice that it had become an enormously thick beer due to the fibrous structure of the peach. The taste was a perfect balance between the sweetness from the fruit and from the base beer which contains lactose, together with the natural sourness of passion fruit and the process of kettle souring . And so PASSIONPEACH was born . Specially in the release for our four-year anniversary . Together with the brewmaster, this recipe has been further developed and we have now happily created PASSIONPEACH in its rounded form. With a Plato content of 30 and over 35% fruit, PASSIONPEACH is the wish of every smoothie sour lover . Sweet, sour, thick and wondering whether this is still beer. Does it matter? In our opinion, no, because this has become so delicious. Give us a PP .
