Our IPA is a dark blond ale with a distinctive hop flavor. The abbreviation stands for India Pale Ale. This is an originally English beer style that emerged when English ales were given a higher alcohol content and a stronger hop recipe. This helped them survive the voyage to the colonies better. In our IPA, we added hops not only during the brewing process but also during the aging process . This creates delicious aromas of grapefruit and flowers. A beer with a fruity, bitter finish that lingers beautifully.
