Brouwersnös - Sjoks

Sjoks is a refreshing, slightly bitter Hopfen Weizen. It's triple-fermented, with the first fermentation taking place in traditional open fermentation tanks for a delicate aroma. Generous amounts of Azacca and Chinook hops create a very pleasant twist on a classic weizen. And you can taste it! Sjoksen, or strolling, is a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. And what better way to do that than with a creamy Weizen beer with a subtle bitterness!
