Our new, strongly hopped Hoppy Bock is an essential and full-bodied doppelbock seasoned with hops from Bielkówek.
Today, we have the opportunity to perfect and play with this style, resulting in Hoppy Bock. It has an original gravity of 18.1° and an alcohol content of 7%—with well-hidden alcohol despite its strength. We hopped it for the first time with Chinook hops from our own crop.
We are proud of our bocks and our agricultural tradition.
