Browar Gwarek - Sage

CONTRASTS is a series of beers in which we pair beers in different styles and with different aromas and flavours. SAGE is a Belgian DIPA, a style that is quite unpopular but provides quite a sensory experience. Varieties from New Zealand are responsible for the hop profile: Kohatu, Rakau and Motueka, which give a very fresh aroma of citrus, lime and tropical fruits. An important element shaping the aroma and flavour is the Belgian yeast strain T-58, which gives an aroma of bananas, cloves or peppery notes.
