New England Pale Ale, The beer prepared in collaboration with Z Innej Beczki pub from Gdańsk for their 5th anniversary! We jointly agreed on the recipe and selected hops. A lighter version of a New England IPA, while maintaining the style’s characteristics.The beer is smooth, hazy, and intensely hopped. The aroma is dominated by white, tropical, and citrus fruit notes from Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops, with a counterpoint of coconut and vanilla from Sabro hops.
